Any one of you fellow gibberosa breeders have a female that won't hold past 2 days? I have one female in my Kitumba colony that is really frustrating me. I hate to strip before 5 days (when tails and heads form), but I think I will strip her on the 2nd day next time. I wonder what the survival rate is at the 2nd day? Care to share your experiences and opinions? I'll be using a tumbler.

My female mobas do this all the time. To me the eggs are not being fertilized if they are gone after two days. Maybe she doesn't get along with the male

Last summer my group spawned maybe 10 times and never held past two days. Finally last month they spawned again. I stripped 59 fry out of the female.
